A Chaos Gear Supply piston for your pistol caliber suppressors.  The interchangeable piston is the part of the suppressor the mates up to your firearm.  It allows you to use your suppressor on several different firearm hosts.  They are sold by the thread pitch.  Check the thread pitch on your firearm, and get the piston to match
